The location was perfect in downtown Napa! When we walked in we were given the option to sit indoors or outdoors. It was a very beautiful day but we decided to dine indoors. The waitress was patient as we looked over the menu due to this being our first time visiting g this location AND trying to find queso on the menu which they did not have (we were truly diners from Texas LOL). The food turned out very delicious. I had a "wet shredded chicken burrito". I would love to come back and visit this restaurant again if are ever in the Napa area.

Very good service. We were seated very fast and served with our chips and salsa immediately. We waited a bit to get our order in, but we greeted with a welcome. We ordered our drinks and our entree all at once. We received our drinks first. My Patron Margarita was superb. The mango margarita was a bit bland for me, but my wife liked it. We shared a Chili Verde Burrito as we weren't very hungry after a great happy hour. The Burrito was very tasty. However, the sauce was very salty. I avoided dropping the food into the sauce, and it was great. Overall, it is a very good restaurant and a go-to for Mexican food.

We came in on a Friday night to try this place after a failed attempt at an adjacent restaurant. What stands out here is the service! The food is good, but the hostess, waiter and bus staff were all working hard. We went with fish fajitas and they were really good. I ordered the regular margarita but I received the jalapeno margarita instead and it was really good (so I had to have another). Little things about service were really helpful here - we also had a Diet Coke, and the waiter confirmed it was diet when he took the cup and also when he returned it. Overall, this place is a winner.

solid and very filling mexican restaurant with cute outdoor seating area! quick service, and free chips and salsa upon seating (beware, the spicy salsa is pretty foaming hot!) i opted for the chicken enchilada plate ($15) - maybe a 3/5. ive definitely had better enchiladas. the sauce was rich in a filling way (i'm still not sure if this was a good or a bad thing), but the portions were for sure generous for the price point. the chicken was pretty nice, not too dry. all the other places also fell into this category of nothing super memorable, BUT i will say that the beef quesadilla was pretty amazing. it was perfectly cooked, the beef was richly marinated, and the guac and salsa unlocked a new flavor dimension to the plate i didn't know was possible. get the quesadillas!!!!

My friend and I loved our dinner here! The free chips were alright and the salsa has a good kick. We shared a chimichanga and we chose Chile verde as the meat. It was super tasty. We also shared a taco salad with chicken that was very flavorful! The margaritas were refreshing and staff members were all very nice. Would love to come back!

Came here with some co-workers and really liked the environment. I got the mango blended margarita and enchiladas rancheras with refried beans. Both were delicious! Although, I wish the margarita was a bit stronger. I don't drink very often so a shot is enough for me to feel buzzed, but I actually didn't feel anything at all. I also wish our server checked up on us more often.

It was our first night in Napa (this time) and we hadn't made plans/reservations for dinner, so we were at the mercy of restaurants we could walk to from Inn on First, that were open and had room. We looked around a bit and landed at Don Perico Mexican Restaurant. It was warm, but outside seating was well protected by umbrellas and there was a nice breeze. It was a comfortable setting for dinner. Our server was kind and made sure we had everything we needed. We started with Jalapeño Margaritas, which were beautifully presented. I ordered Enchiladas del Mar and Mark had Steak Fajitas. Both were tasty. We were hungry. I'd say Don Perico is a great place to stop if you've not made other plans. It's good food, but it pales a bit in comparison to other dining options available in the area. Next time we come to Napa I'll make sure we have plans for our first day rather than leaving things to chance.
